How to build a low-cost, reliable DIY oxygen concentrator

Hello TECH GEEKS ! During this pandemic, there is a lot of demand on pure oxygen in the world and specially in my country! So help with the situation, I would like to build a low-cost, reliable DIY oxygen concentrator.

So, to begin there is a lot of oxygen in the world, but to separate pure oxygen from other substance. There are multiple ways.

On way is to electrolyte with DC current water and separate oxygen from hydrogen through ox-red reaction but it’s not efficient and takes a lot of time to concentrate a good amount of oxygen.

Second way and the most used one is by taking the fresh air and then separates oxygen from nitrogen in using  zeolite sieves.

Notice : dry air contains 78.08% nitrogen, 20.95% oxygen, 0.93% argon, 0.04% carbon dioxide, and small amounts of other gases.

In this case I will be following the second method let’s called “ zeolite method”

- Technical part

So, lets have a wide view for on  a project , I searched online for the most effective way to make trustworthy do it yourself oxygen concentrator machine with zeolite method and found lots and lots information’s and videos .
For example, this article from Okinawa university of science and technology by Mahesh M. Bandi, Nonlinear and Non-equilibrium Physics Unit.
